DEMO · built 2026-08-15 from public sources only · KV verification workflow simulated
KV ConnectPortfolio network · demo
Methodology & provenance
What this is. A working demo of a KV-verified, portfolio-to-portfolio network: any executive at a Khosla Ventures portfolio company describes a need and gets matched to named executives at fellow portfolio companies — for vendor discovery, peer expertise, talent referrals, and BD partnerships.
Companies: ingested from the public KV portfolio category pages (khoslaventures.com/portfolio) on 2026-08-15 — name, one-line description, sector, and website, with the site's own card colors. The public page is a curated subset of the full portfolio.
Enrichment: the 15 Digital Health companies carry profiles built from each company's own public website (fetched 2026-08-15). Other sectors are ingested but not yet enriched — that is Phase 1 scope, not a limitation of the approach.
Executives: every named person was sourced this build from a public page. Badges distinguish primary (the company's own leadership/about page) from secondary (corroborated via multiple independent references when a company site blocks automated access). Each record links its source.
Simulated for demo: KV has not verified anyone — badges illustrate the intended workflow. Sign-in personas are real executives drawn from the same public sources. Intro preferences (direct vs. brokered), the verification queue cadence, and all Demand-dashboard analytics are illustrative. No real emails are shown or sent.
Production design: login via magic link to a company-domain work email; per-exec intro preference; KV platform team owns verification, monthly re-certification with automated churn signals, and company lifecycle (including exits). Matching upgrades from this client-side keyword engine to embeddings + LLM re-ranking with the requester's role and company as context.
Build: single static file · deployable to Cloudflare Pages · no backend, no tracking, no data collection.
